Is the boss stupid or the NTU student?

Stupid 1: NTU student
Just a cable spoil he say is the WIC Card spoil -.-!!
When the WIC Card spoil he say is the Router spoil -.-!!!
Then when the router spoil, he said: is the local loop provider problem!! -.-!!!!

Stupid 2: Boss
The boss still think that the NTU student is doing a good job in the area while is the Poly student who resolve the issue and settle all the problem create by the NTU student!! -.-!!!!!

Stupid 3: NTU student
The NTU student who have no knowledge of the Networking (CISCO) still wanted to take CCNA exam!! and dare to say he will pass without studying on the TestKing... and propose to the boss that in the working area should have a assistant team leader and say he willing to be the one!! -.-!!!!!!

Stupid 4: Boss
For the pass 3.5 month, the boos still have high hope on the NTU student when the NTU is still creating lots of problems and was only clear by the Poly student but the boss cant see that!! -.-!!!!!!!

Stupid 5: NTU student
Act Smart, Selfish, no respect for Senior, does not admit when they did wrong, does not listen others advise and keep thinking himself was right but keep doing lot of mistake and need the Poly student to settle it up.. -.-!!!!!!!!
